摘要
成武县位于鲁南城市带菏泽组群,属于典型的欠发达地区。在目前区域产业转移、快速城镇化战略机遇下,实现快速、精明发展是欠发达地区城市谋求发展的现实需求,其中探寻合理的城市定位是指导城市发展方向路径的首要策略。文章从分析成武所处的战略地位出发,基于资源本底和现状发展的特征问题,从区域格局看发展动力,基于发展动力探寻城市定位。探索符合欠发达地区转型期快速发展需求下的城市定位方法。
Chengwu is located in the Heze group of Lunan urban belt, a typical underdeveloped area. Currently, underdeveloped areas face with the strategic challenge of regional industrial transfer and rapid urbanization, thus fast and smart development being the practical needs, among which exploring reasonable city positioning is the primary strategies to guide the direction and approach of city development. This article demonstrate the developmental driving force by analyzing the strategic position and regional pattern of Chengwu, based on the characteristics of resources background and current situation, and then explore the city positioning, finally elaborate the method of city positioning in accordance with the demand of rapid development of underdeveloped areas under transitional period.
