摘要
航天系统的安全风险管理必须综合考虑诸多复杂因素 ,如安全性、费用、进度、技术可行性等各种属性 ,因此其安全风险决策是一个定性和定量相结合的多属性决策问题。考虑属性优越性和重要性两方面因素的模糊优选方法能够有效地用于支持此类决策分析。文中利用这种方法对航天系统中的一个决策实例进行了分析 ,并将结果与 AHP的结果进行了比较 ,表明对于此类决策问题应用模糊优选技术更为实用、有效。
The Safety Risk Management of the Space System involves a number of complex factors such as safety, cost, schedule and technical feasibility, thus the decision making on risk is a matter of multi attribute one concering both qualitative and quantitative attributes. The theory of fuzzy selection, considering both the advantage and importance of decision factors, can be used efficiently in supporting this kind of decision analysis. In this paper, its use is illustrated by an example of the space system, and a comparison between the result of this theory and that of the AHP's shows that the theory of fuzzy selection is more practical for this kind of decision making matters.
