摘要
介绍了聚丙烯(PP)水管接头注塑模设计过程。水管接头上10°斜孔和接头需要采用脱模结构。采用一模两腔注塑模具,一组斜导柱抽芯,一组油缸抽芯,通过模具的四面抽芯和推管的辅助,解决了塑件脱模问题。对四面脱模抽芯设计和重要零件设计做了阐述。生产实践证明模具结构合理,水管接头注塑件质量稳定,受到用户好评。
The injection mold design of polypropylene ( PP ) water pipe joint was introduced. 10° inclined holes and joint required the use of demoulding structure.Using one mould two cavities injection mould, a group of inclined guide pillar core pulling, a group of cylinder core pulling, the demoulding problem of plastic parts was solved by using four core pulling and pushing pipe.The four release core design and the design of important parts were discussed.Production practice showed that the mould structure was reasonable, water pipe joints had stable quality and were praised by users.
