摘要
自制了多胺固色剂,再用聚醚多元醇与IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)反应制得预聚体,对多胺固色剂进行接枝改性,得到聚氨酯接枝改性多胺固色剂。优化的合成工艺为:TEPA∶ECH∶三乙胺摩尔比为1∶6∶1,TEPA(四乙烯五胺)与ECH(环氧氯丙烷)在30℃下反应1.5 h,加入三乙胺升温到70℃后保温4.5 h制得多胺固色剂;PPG(聚丙二醇)800与PEG(聚乙二醇)1000按摩尔比为1∶2在60℃下与IPDI反应2 h,得到的预聚体对多胺固色剂进行改性。该固色剂可使活性染料的湿摩擦和耐洗色牢度提升1级左右,且不影响织物的色光。
A novel polyurethane grafted polyamine fixing agent is prepared by graft modification of a self-made polyamine fixing agent with a prepolymer of polyether potyols and isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI). The polyamine fixing agent is prepared with the reaction of TEPA and ECH at 30 ℃ for 1.5 h followed by reaction with triethylamine at 70 ℃ for 4.5 h with the molar ratio of TEPA to ECH to triethylamine of 1 - 6 : 1. The prepolymer is synthesized with the reaction of polyether polyols ( molar ratio of PPGS00 to PEG1000 is 1:2) and IPDI at 60 ℃ for 2 h, the polyamine fixing agent is grafted with the prepolymer. The reactive dyeings with polyurethane grafted polyamine fixing agent feature improved color fastnesses to wet rubbing and washing by 1 grade without influence on the shade.
