摘要
采用Remazol RGB系列活性染料对平绒织物进行冷轧堆深色染色。探讨了碱剂用量、堆置温度、堆置时间和轧余率对染色牢度、K/S值和匀染性的影响。结果表明,平绒织物冷轧堆深色染色的优化工艺为:烧碱与硅酸钠的混合碱剂(烧碱15 g/L、硅酸钠70 g/L),堆置时间12 h,堆置温度20℃,轧余率80%。采用该工艺染色的织物固色率高,匀染性好,各项色牢度优良。
Cold pad-batch dyeing of plain velvet in deep shade with Remazol RGB reactive dyes is studied. The effects of alkali dosage, dwelling temperature, dwelling time and pickup on color fastness, /O'S value and levelness are investigated. The opti- mum cold pad-batch dyeing process is obtained as follows: caustic soda 15 g/L, sodium silicate 70 g/L, dwelling at 20 ℃ for 12 h with pickup 80%.
