摘要
高校辅导员在大学生思想政治教育、日常教育和管理,以及大学生成长成才的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,运用科学的、实证的研究方法制定出优秀辅导员的评价标准对于今后辅导员的选聘、考核和管理都具有重大的理论参考意义和实践操作价值。基于对1504名大学辅导员和109名学工干部的问卷调研而确立的优秀辅导员评价标准具有较理想的概括性、准确性和实际操作性。
The counselors in universities play vital roles in the ideological and political education, routine education and management of the university students as well as the growth of the students. Applying scientific and empirical research method attempt is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the employment, assessment and management of counselors in future to draw up the evaluation standards of the outstanding counselors. The standards put out in this research are the joint efforts of 1 504 college counselors and 109 student cadres, and therefore, they are quite conclusive, accurate and practical.
