摘要
针对船用7K90MC-C低速二冲程柴油机进行了鼓风机匹配和切换规律的研究。建立了二冲程柴油机与鼓风机仿真模型,着重研究了扫气模型的选取。通过试验校核,验证了计算结果的正确性。对2台鼓风机全开时切换规律的研究表明:柴油机负荷增加时鼓风机应在41%负荷左右关闭,柴油机负荷降低时鼓风机应在35%负荷左右打开,可以保证控制扫气量和热负荷的需要。
In order to solve the problem operating in low load range for two-stroke low-speed diesel engine, blowers were equipped to achieve high scavenge pressure. The scavenging model and blowers switching points were studied on 7K90MC-C two-stroke low-speed diesel engine. The engine model and blower model were developed. The simulation results were verified by the experimental results. The switching of blower was studied further. Results show that in order to reduce engine thermal load, the blowers should be cut-off near 41% load point in load increasing process and opened near 35% load point in load decreasing process.
