摘要
水土保持工程综合效益评价,对水土保持宏观决策具有重要意义。对安塞县水土保持综合效益采用定量评价和定性评价相结合的方法,分析水土保持工程所取得的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益,并着重对经济效益进行了评估。结果表明,安塞县的水土保持工程经济效益显著,并且取得了较高的社会效益和生态效益。
Comprehensive benefits evaluation of soil and water conservation is significant for its macro decision- making. The economical, social and ecological benefits of soil and water conservation project in Ansai County are analyzed using quantitative evaluation combined with qualitative evaluation. In addition, the economical benefits are specially analyzed. The result shows that the economical benefits are remarkable and the social as well as the ecological benefits are also high.
