摘要
该文就提高硅酸盐水泥熟料质量的途径进行了探讨。研究认为 ,提高煅烧温度并快速冷却是提高熟料质量的重要途径。提高煅烧温度可在配料时减少熔剂矿物 ,增加硅酸盐矿物特别是A矿含量 ,并提高A矿和B矿的活性 ,从而提高熟料强度。快速冷却可保留较多的A矿和高温型α′-C2S ,并使较多的熔剂矿物特别是C3A以玻璃体形式存在 ,除提高熟料强度外还可减少其标准稠度用水量 ,改善其与减水剂的相适应性。
This article studies the way to increase the Potrland cement clinker quality.The study shows that increased burning temperature with quick quenching is and important way to increase the clinker quality.The increased burning temperature rrduces the solution minerals in the proportioning,and increases the contents of silicate minerals especially Alite mineral,while the activity of Alite and Belit is also increased.With quick quenching more Alite and high tem perature type α'-C2S could be maintained,and the solution minerals especially C3A will exist in the form of glass phase.As a result,the water demand to the standard density will be reduced,and its adaptablity to water reduction agent will be improved in addition to increased clinker strength.
