摘要
受传统管理方式的束缚,目前供电企业电力营销模式普遍单一,管理机制缺乏创新,市场化水平、营销管理水平以及核心竞争力都与国内先进企业具有很大的差距。本文从安全管理这个特殊的视角出发,阐述了如何在安全管理机制下有效的建立现代营销体系,并且针对目前营销管理中存在的问题提出的相应的对策与建议。
The shackles of the traditional management methods, the current implementation of power marketing in general lost a single management mechanism for the lack of innovation, market level, marketing management level and core competitiveness with the advanced domestic enterprises have a big gap.
