摘要 通过田间试验,研究土壤水分对甘草生长、品质和光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的增加,甘草各项生长形状呈增加的趋势,且土壤水分与甘草产量和生物量呈极显著正相关关系;2年生甘草甘草酸含量升高,3年生甘草甘草酸含量下降;蒸腾速率加快、生理活动加快,气孔导度随土壤含水量的增加呈直线增加趋势,光合速率与土壤含水量呈双峰曲线关系,胞间CO2浓度逐渐下降。 A field experiment was conducted to study the influence of soil moisture on the root growth, quality and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of licorice. The results showed that with the increase of soil moisture, the growth characteristic indexes of licorice show increasing trend; there existed highly significant positive correlation between the soil moisture and production and hiomass of licorice were; the licorice acid content of biennial licorice increased while that of triennial licorice decreased; the transpiration rate and physiological activities are accelerated ; the stomatal conductance linearly increased with the increase of soil moisture; the relationship of photosynthetic rate and soil moisture showed a bimodal curve, the intercellular CO2 concentration gradually decreased.
