微波辐射下2-乙酰氨基噻唑衍生物的一锅法合成及生物活性研究 被引量:1

One-Pot Synthesis and Biological Activity of 2-Acetamide-thiazole Derivatives under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 以α-溴代酮、硫脲和乙酸酐为原料,微波辐射下一锅法合成了8种2-乙酰氨基噻唑衍生物.该方法反应时间短、操作简单、后处理方便.目标化合物的结构通过1H NMR,IR和元素分析进行了表征.实验证明部分目标化合物具有良好的抑菌活性. An efficient one-pot method is used to prepare a series of 2-acetamide-thiazole derivatives from a-bromoketone, thiourea and acetic anhydride under microwave irradiation. The reaction procedures have the advantages of easy work up, short time and simple operation. The products were identified by 1H NMR and IR spectra and elemental analysis. These compounds exhibit good antimicrobial activities.
