摘要
针对目前K344封隔器在压裂施工中存在的质量问题,将PDCA质量管理方法应用于K344封隔器质量改进过程。在运用统计方法对现场问题归类的基础上,从设计角度进行原因分析,并对其结构进行优化设计,运用试验研究方法验证。改进结果表明:优化后K344封隔器结构更加合理,易于组装,下入、坐封可靠性更高。
PDCA quality management method is applied in the quality improvement of K344 packer in order to solve the quality problems of the packer in fracturing operation. The quality problems are classified using statistical method, and the causes of the problems are analyzed from the structural design uf the packer. Then the structure of the packer is optimized. The test results show that the structure of the optimized packer is more reasonable, its assembly is easier, and its down-well and seating-seal are more reliable.
