摘要
针对06Cr25Ni20钢环锻件在锻压制坯时锻坯双鼓形表面产生纵向裂纹以及冲孔时外径表面裂纹扩大且内孔圆角处产生纵向裂纹的情况,在对裂纹产生的原因进行理论分析的基础上,对原工艺进行了优化,提出了叠镦的镦粗方法,并根据毛坯外径和毛坯外径/冲头直径≥2.5~3的原则,设计了冲头直径和锥度。实践证明,改进后的工艺极大的降低了裂纹产生几率。
Aiming at longitudinal crack produced on the double drum surface of 06Cr25Ni20 steel ring forgings when forged into blank, and surface crack enlarged in external diameter and longitudinal crack produced at the inner hole round corner when punched, based on the theory analysis of the reason for crack formation, the original process is optimized, which obtains folding upsetting method and according to the blank external diameter and blank external di- ameter/punch diameter more than or equal to 2.5 - 3, the punch diameter and taper are designed. The practice proves that the improved technology greatly reduces the chance to produce crack.
