摘要
针对315 kVA以下专用变压器用户和带TA接线的三相负荷用户远程用电信息采集系统存在的问题,从计量箱柜、互感器、计量回路、智能电表等方面进行影响因素分析,提出了远程信息计量装置技术优化升级改造方案。应用结果表明:远程计量系统改造后,有效提高了用户电能计量信息采集的有效性和可靠性,降低了由于用电客户拖欠电费给电力公司带来经济损失的风险。
Aiming at the problems of remote power consumption information collection system which used by the 315 kVA below special transformer users and the three-phase load with TA wiring users,analyzes the influencing factor from the metering cabinet,the mutual inductor,the metering loop,the smart meter etc.,puts forward the optimization and upgrade schemes of the remote power consumption information collection system.The application result shows that the system’s validity and reliability to be improve,and economic loss risk due to the consumers default the power rate to be reduce,after the improvementofthesystem.
