上颌窦内提升术中不植骨同期植入ITI种植体的临床疗效评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价上颌窦内提升术中不植骨同期植入ITI种植体临床效果。方法 14例上颌后牙缺失,牙槽嵴顶距窦底骨高度为6~9 mm。经(summers上颌窦提升器械)行上颌窦内提升术,提升高度<3 mm。共计植入ITI种植体27枚。结果术后当天X片显示上颌窦底平均抬高(1.7±1.6)mm。所有病例未发生上颌窦炎、上颌窦口腔漏等并发症,种植体稳固。术后3月X片示种植体穿入上颌窦部分骨结合良好,抬升上颌窦黏膜连续性完整。所有种植体术后3~6月完成修复,正常负重,种植体存留率100%。结论上颌窦内提升术中不植骨同期植入ITI种植体能有效的应用于上颌后牙上颌窦底牙槽骨高度少量不足的牙种植修复,获得良好的疗效。
