摘要
复杂武器装备的虚拟采办是实现人员/组织、管理、技术协同工作的系统工程,其全系统、全寿命周期的各项活动需要管理全方位的支持,针对虚拟采办全寿命周期管理技术开展研究,分析并建立虚拟采办风险评价指标体系,提出基于全寿命周期费用分解结构的费用估计方法,及利用网络图建模及蒙特卡罗仿真方法的全寿命周期进度预测方法。最后,结合某航天复杂装备虚拟采办应用背景,对所提出的管理技术进行应用验证。
SBA of complex weapon is a system engineering, which includes collaboration of personnel/ organization, management and technology. All the activities involved equipment system and of the life-cycle require the support of comprehensive management. Research on management of SBA life-cycle was introduced. An evaluation indicator system was given with the analysis of SBA risk. Based on cost breakdown structure (CBS), a method of cost estimation was proposed. Moreover, a schedule prediction method using arrow diagramming method (ADM) and Monte-Carlo simulation was provided. Finally, with the application on SBA of one aircraft, the methods were demonstrated.
