This paper is the book review of Opening＇Cooperation ＂Sharing＂ Service-On the Practices Exploitation and Social Feedbacks of the Combined Reference and Consultation. It points out that the book＇s publishing and appearance worthes praising. The book is worth studying and popularizing and can give us much enlightenment,such as promoting the library to change the way of development,offering successful experience of cultural resource-sharing to the library,condensing the attentions of library service and reader＇s demand, fostering the group engaged in network reference service of the library, reflecting the development prospect of the socialized service of the library.
