Building a Happy School Through Positive Life Education:A Probe into the Practice of Positive Mental Health Education

摘要 在积极心理学和积极心理健康教育理论指导下,北京市洋桥学校立足"为健康成长铺路,为幸福人生奠基"办学宗旨,结合学校办学实际,以学校十二五发展规划制订和实施为抓手,提出"积极人生教育"理念,以"理念引领、唤醒积极、文化先导、正向关注、项目攻关、课程跟进"为实施策略,进行了积极心理支持实验、积极学校文化建设等教育实践,激发了师生工作和学习的主动性,增添了学习和工作的动力,促进了师生对幸福人生的体验和追求,为进一步构建幸福课堂,创建幸福校园奠定了基础。 Under the guidance of positive psychology and positive mental health education, as well as the Twelfth Five-Year Development Plan, the Yangqiao School in Beijing aims to "blaze a trail for healthy growth and lay a good foundation for a happy life," and puts forward the concept of "positive life education." Guided by the concept, the school did educational practice by conducting experiments on positive mental support and fostering positive school culture, thus inspiring the initiative of the teachers and students to work and study, promoting their pursuit of a happy life, and laying a good foundation for the further construction of happy classrooms and a happy school.
