摘要
目的探讨不同病因下睑外翻的手术矫正方法。方法对本院收治的下睑外翻患者分析其发病原因,针对不同病因采用特殊的手术方法,并对手术效果进行评价。结果采取特殊的手术方法使不同病因的下睑外翻均得到了满意的外观及功能矫正。结论下睑外翻矫正手术必须针对不同的病因采用相应的手术方法。
Objective To explore the operation method of lower eyelid ectropion of different pathogeny. Methods Ana- lyzed the the pathogeny of patients with lower eyelid ectropion in our hospital. According to different pathogeny, used spe- cial operation method,and analyzed the operation effect. Results We treated lower eyelid ectropion by different opera- tion methods has satisfactory appearance and functional correction. Conclusions We should choose different operation methods according to different pathogeny.
