摘要
分析高校科研团队知识共享社会网络特性,认为它是一个典型的1-模社会网,并以某高校系统工程科研团队为例,假设科研团队内成员之间每共同拥有一项科研成果,即认为彼此之间发生一次知识共享活动,在此基础上收集整个科研团队近5年的相关数据,构建了该科研团队知识共享的社会网络;从整体网的视角对该科研团队知识共享能力进行了具体研究,主要包括网络黏性测量、中心性测量、核心—边缘测量、凝聚子群,以及结构洞测量等五个方面的内容;对五个测量结果进行分析并给出了提高高校科研团队知识共享水平的建议。
Analyzes the social networking features of university research team, considers it is a typical 1-mold social net- work, and gets a systems engineering research team in a university as the case, if each member has a joint research,then may think there is a knowledge-sharing activities between them, on this basis, collects nearly five years historical data with- in the entire research team,build a social network of knowledge sharing in the university research team; from the perspec- tive of the overall network, conducted a detailed study on the knowledge sharing capabilities of this research team, includes five aspects: network viscosity measurement, central measurement, core-edge measurement, cohesion subgroup measurement, and structural holes measurement, etc.; analysis of measurement results and gives some recommendations to improve the lev- el of knowledge sharing in the university research team.
