摘要
针对兰州石化公司石化厂烯烃车间换热器油料泄漏对其循环水系统的危害问题,建立了基于紫外分光光度法和激光光纤法的换热器油料泄漏在线监测系统。该系统将监测器对油类物质的分析范围及油类物质在装置的分布区域有机地结合在一起,通过逻辑关系判断,快速确定发生泄漏区域,从而缩小了泄漏排查的范围,节省了大量的工作时间和费用。
To address the damage of heat exchanger oil leak to the circulating water system in Lanzhou Petrochemical Plant, an on-line monitoring system for oil leakage from heat exchanger was developed based on UV spectrophotometer and laser fiber technology. The working range of monitoring instrument and the location of oils were combined. By logical judgement, the area of oil leakages could be detected promptly, thus reducing the leakage detection workload and saving a large amount of working time and cost.
