摘要 通过采用不同的处理方法对食品中甲醛含量的检测进行比较研究,探讨了不同的前处理手段对回收率的影响,并将试验方法进行选择,确定甲醛快速便捷的检测方法。研究表明食品中甲醛在磷酸介质中经水蒸气蒸馏,2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生化后,UPLC测定。此方法在0.050 mg/L~3.2 mg/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关性好(r=0.999 5),相对标准偏差均小于15%,样品加标平均回收率为80.5%~105.2%,最低检出限可达2.0 mg/kg。 Different kinds of pretreating methods for detecting the formaldehyde content in foods were compared, and recovery was discussed for the different pretreating methods. And choosed the experiment condition were choosed, which was experiment theory basic for fast and easy detecting method of the formaldehyde in foods. As a result, vapour distilling formaldehyde from foods in phosphate solution, then being reacted with 2, 4-dinitro-phenylhydrazone, and finally measured through UPLC. This method not only has good relation between 0.050 mg/L-3.2 mg/L, good ralativity (r=0.999 5), ralati between 80.5 %-105.2 % but also the detection limit can reach 2.0 mg/kg vely standard all below 15 %, recovery
