摘要
深孔加工技术是液压壳体类零件加工技术难点之一。详细分析了液压壳体类零件的结构特点、材料特性以及深孔相关要求,分别从热处理工艺的安排、孔加工方案的确定、刀具和机床的选择以及数控加工工艺的合理安排方面作了全面的分析和研究,总结了1套完整详细的深孔加工设计思路和方法。
Deep hole machining technology is one of the major challenges to the machining of hydraulic housing products. This paper carried out analysis to the structural features of hydraulic housing products, material characteristics and requirements related to deep hole in details. Meanwhile, the author performed complete analysis and research in terms of arrangement of heat treatment process, determination of hole machining solution, selection of tools and machines as well as adequate arrangement of numerical control machining process, and summarized a set of complete detailed deep hole machining design concept and method.
