摘要
阐述高强度螺栓的材料性能及工作机理,分析了高强度螺栓连接的布局设计中高强度螺栓连接的相关技术参数,确定了高强度螺栓布局的主要距离及螺栓长度的计算公式,使高强度螺栓连接所能产生的强度与钢板母材的屈服极限强度相当,即能保证高强度螺栓连接结构与母材的强度匹配,又能保证螺栓连接质量和精度,使高强度螺栓连接的结构设计更为合理,经实际运行稳定可靠,为钢结构高强度螺栓连接的布局及设计提供了切实可行的方法。
The material properties and work principles of high-strength is described,the technical parameters of the high-strength bolts in the design of connection layout is analyzed,and the formula of high-strength bolts' main layout distance and bolts'length is determined. That can ensure the strength of the bolts to adapt to the yield strength of the base metal, and it can not only guarantee the strengtb of connecting structure to match with the parent materia,but also can make sure the quality and accuracy of bolted connections.It is a more reasonable design,and can work stably during the actual operation,providing a practical approach for the layout and design of high-strength steel's screws.
