摘要
本文首先简单介绍了排队网络理论的基础知识,根据生产线实际情况,考虑到生产过程中会有不良品和废品的发生,建立了生产线开马尔可夫排队网络模型,所建立的开马尔可夫排队网络模型比串联排队网络模型更加符合生产实际。然后收集A公司生产线数据代入模型,求出各项排队运行指标,并对生产线进行资源优化配置。最后对本文所建立模型进行了应用价值分析,分析得出所建立的模型可以应用到服务领域,具有广泛的应用性。
This paper introduces the queuing network theory and then builds the open queuing net- work model based on the actual situation of the production line. The model considers the wasters and is consistent with the actual production. The data collected is substituted into the open queuing network model and then several queuing operation indices are given. Finally, equipment resources in production line are optimized based on the queuing operation indices. Finally, this model is established by applica- tion of value analysis, and analyses that the model can be applied to services yields with wide application.
