摘要
将12只初生体重为(3.75±0.71)kg的小尾寒羊公羔随机分为两组,每组6只,喂给牛奶粉代乳或鱼粉代乳(鱼粉53.6%、棉籽油32.0%、葡萄糖16.1%),在9~15日龄进行消化代谢试验,并测定不同日龄时的体增重,以研究9~15日龄羔羊对鱼粉代乳的消化及其对代谢与生长的影响。结果表明,羔羊对牛奶粉代乳干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、能量、钙和磷的表观消化率分别为(96.4±1.6)%,(97.6±1.2)%,(96.2±2.0)%,(99.3±0.2)%,(97.2±1.3)%,(88.2±5.0)%,(97.2±1.3)%;而对鱼粉代乳的分别为(78.3±7.9)%(P<0.01),(80.0±5.0)%(P<0.01),(75.7±2.6)%(P<0.01),(85.3±3.8)%(P<0.01),(79.8±5.7)%(P<0.01),(63.5±9.5)%(P<0.01),(80.3±5.9)%(P<0.01),表明羔羊对鱼粉代乳的消化率低于牛奶粉代乳。饲喂牛奶粉代乳羔羊的自由采食量、氮保留量和体增重分别为(156.41±41.46),(3.60±1.08),(139.3±41.8)g/d,而饲喂鱼粉代乳羔羊的分别为(134.41±27.21),(1.52±0.74)(P<0.01),(49.9±31.1)(P<0.01)g/d,表明饲喂鱼粉代乳羔羊的氮保留和日增重也远低于牛奶粉代乳。而在60日龄时,牛奶粉代乳和鱼粉代乳组羔羊体重分别为(11.6±2.4),(11.7±1.4)kg,没有显著差异。分析表明,9~15日龄羔羊对鱼粉代乳存在着严重的消化障碍,但饲喂鱼粉代乳对羔羊的后期体重并没有显著的影响。
Twelve Small Tail Han sheep lambs with birth body weight (3.75±0.71)kg were randomlydivided into 2 groups( n =6 each group) ,feeding dried-milk substitute or fish meal substitute(composed of 53.6% fish meal,32.0% cottonseed oil and 16. 1% glucose)respectively. The experiment of digestion and metabolism was carried out at the age of 9-15 days and the body weight gain at different ages was deter- mined to study the effects of fish meal substitute on digestion and metabolism and growth of 9--15 day's Small Tail Han Sheep Lambs. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, energy,calcium and phosphorus of were (96.4±1.6) %, (97.6±1.2)% ,(96.2+2.0)% , (99. 3±0. 2) (97.2±1.3)G respectively,however,that of the lamb fed with fis the lamb fed with %, (97.2!1.3)% h meal substitute dried milk substitute ,(88.2_-±5.0)G and were (78.3±7.9)G( P 〈0. 01),(80.0±5. 0) % ( P 〈0. 01) ,(75.7±2.6) % ( P 〈0. 01), (85.3±3.8)%( P 〈0. 01), (79.8±5.7)%(P 〈0.01),(63.5±9.5)%( P 〈0. 01)and (80.3±5.9)%( P 〈0. 01)respectively,showing thatthe lamb's digestion on fish meal substitute was obviously inferior to that on dried milk substitute. The voluntary intake,nitrogen retention and daily body weight gain with dried milk substitute were (156.41±41.46),(3.60±1.08) and (139.3±41.8) g/d respectively; however those with fish meal substitute were (134.41±27.21),(1.52±0.74)( P 〈0. 01)and (49.9 ±31.1)( P 〈0. 01)g/d respectively,showing that the ni-trogen retention and daily body weight gain of lamb fed with fish meal substitute were also inferior to those of dried milk substitute. However, at the age of 60 days, the body weight gain of lambs fed with dried milk substitute or fish meal substitute were (11.6±2.4) and (11.7±1.4)kg respectively,showing no ob- vious difference. It is concluded that there is a serious gastricism in the 9--15 day's lamb fed with fish meal substitute,but it has no significant effect on the body weight of the lamb in later stage.
