摘要
本文在对国库应急管理发展历程进行梳理的基础上,进一步分析了国库应急机制建设面临的新形势和存在的问题,提出国库应急协同机制的概念,并对建立国库应急协同机制框架进行了探索。
Based on the review of state treasury emergency management development process, this paper analyzes the new situation and existing problems faced by current state treasury emergency management, and puts forward the concept of synergic mechanism for state treasury emergency and explores the establishment of framework of this mechanism.
