维生素与矿物质的作用越来越受到重视。充足的维生素有利于身体各种酶的代谢,促进疲劳的恢复。矿物质是人体必需的元素,无法自身产生、合成。缺乏矿物质可导致各种症状,缺乏钙、镁、磷、锰、铜,可能引起骨骼或牙齿不坚固。缺乏镁,可能引起肌肉疼痛。缺乏铁,可能引起贫血。缺乏铁、钠、碘、磷可能会引起疲劳等。对运动员补充维生素与矿物质的作用进行论述,并提出运动员合理补充维生素与矿物质的具体方法,以保证运动员机体中维生素和矿物质的充足成分,满足机体保持最佳竞技状态的需要。
With more and more value of vitamin and mineral substance, enough vitamin will make for the metabolization of various enzymes and furtherance the recovery from fatigue. As essential elements, mineral substance can't be produced and synthetized in body. The lack of mineral substance will result in many symptoms, Such as poor calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and cuprum matching with the osteal and dentary instability, poor magnesium matching with muscle pain, poor iron matching with anaemia, poor iron, natrium, iodine and phosphorus matching with fatigue. The paper discusses the athletic of vitamin and mineral substance, and suggests some practical methods of reasonable athletic supplement to ensure the ath- letesI body composition with enough vitamin and mineral substance and meet the needs of body keeping best competitive condition.
