摘要
分析影响螺母定位精度的因素,提出了丝杠轴窜误差;设计了基于激光干涉仪的测试方案,搭建了实验非接触式测试系统,对测试系统进行了误差分析,最后对理论分析进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,丝杠螺母副轴向窜动呈周期性变化,正反方向周期一致,其幅值大小为90nm左右;该误差对螺母的定位精度影响在亚微米范围。
By analyzing the factors influencing the positioning accuracy of the nut, the axial shifting error is proposed. We establish the test platform based on the interferometer sensor to detect the errors. Theoretical analysis is verified with experiments, and the result indicate that the axial shifting of the screw nut pairs changes periodically with an amplitude of 90nm which influence the positioning accuracy of the nut in a sub-micrometer range.
