摘要
采用化学溶解法成功制备出了大小均匀、形貌规则、晶体质量较好的ZnO纳米管。用扫描电镜(SEM)、选区电子衍射(SEAD)、透射电镜(TEM)和荧光光谱(PL)分别对产品的形态、结构、生长过程及发光性质进行了研究。结果表明,该纳米管为单晶结构,直径为500~800nm,壁厚为50~100nm,可见荧光比较强而紫外荧光比较弱。文中详细介绍了制备ZnO纳米管的实验过程及生长机理。
ZnO nanotubes are successfully synthesized, with even size, regular morphology and good crystal quality, by means of chemical solution method. Through SEM, TEM, SEAD and PL, the morphology, structure, growth process and optical properties of the samples are studied. The results indicate that the nanotubes belong to single crystals with 500 to 800 nm diameter and 50 to 100 nm thicknesses. The intensity of visible light is strong while the intensity of the ultraviolet light is weak. The synthesis process and mechanism are introduced in detail.
