摘要
为提高旋流式喷雾干燥塔内部流场均匀性,应用数值模拟方法对干燥塔热风环与干燥塔通道出口横截面进行优化设计。采用RNGκ-ε模型模拟空气流动。优化设计采用减小热风流量较大的通道出口横截面积的方法来实现,经过优化设计后进入干燥塔的热风体积流量相对标准偏差从11.08%降低到2.18%,达到设计允许偏差要求。
In order to improve the flow field uniformity in swirl type spray drying tower,the numerical simulation method was applied in optimizing drying tower ring and drying tower channel exit cross section.The RNG κ-εmodel was used to model air flow.Optimization design were achieved by reducing cross-section area of larger hot air flow rate channel exit.The relative standard deviation of the hot air flow rate into the drying tower decreased from 11.08 % to 2.18 % after optimization design,and met the allowable deviation requirements.
