摘要
设计一种基于6LoWPAN的化工车间指标监控系统。针对化工车间现有监控方法的人工成本高、不能实时跟踪以及监测欠准确的问题,提出一种基于6LoWPN和互联网对化工车间指标进行实时监控的系统设计方法,首先对系统的体系结构和功能进行描述,在此基础上对该系统的硬件和软件组成进行设计和分析,并定义数据报在两种网络之间进行转换的具体流程,从而实现对化工车间各种高危气体的实时数据采集和监控。实验结果表明:该方法能高效、准确地对化工车间的各项指标进行实时监控,为化工企业进行自监减少事故发生提供了一种实时有效的方式。
A monitoring system for chemical plant's indices based on 6LoWPAN is designed.Aiming at the problems of current monitoring method that it has high labour cost,can not timely track and is short of precision when monitoring,we present a system design method for timely monitoring chemical plant's indices which is based on 6LoWPAN and internet.Firstly,the architecture and the functions of the system are described,on this basis the hardware and software of the system are designed and analysed,and the specific flow for data transforming between the two networks is defined as well,so the real-time data acquisition and monitoring of various high-risk gases in chemical plant are realised.Experimental result shows,the method in this paper can effectively and accurately monitor every index in the chemical plant timely,this provides a real-time and effective means for the chemical enterprises in self-monitoring and accident reduction.
