摘要
对液压系统工作介质的性能、物理化学性质进行分析,探讨了液压油的选用原则、污染控制及预防措施;提出要根据机械的具体情况选择合适的液压油,可为减少液压系统故障及设备零部件损坏提供理论依据。
The performance and physicochemical properties of working medium of hydraulic system were ana- lyzed, and the selection principle, pollution control and preventive measures were discussed. It was put forward that the suitable hydraulic oil should be chosen according to the situation of machine, which can provide theoreti- cal basis for reducing hydraulic system failure and equipment parts＇ damage.
