摘要
通过双层平板法分离蛭弧菌,经硝酸银染色法对蛭弧菌的形态进行观察,让学生在现有微生物实验教学条件下认识和了解蛭弧菌的生物特性。实验结果显示:双层平板法成功分离到能形成明显噬菌斑的蛭弧菌;通过制片和银染,在普通光学显微镜检下可清晰辨析蛭弧菌侵蚀大肠杆菌和鞭毛等显微结构。该实验为拓展蛭弧菌综合实验和充分发挥高校微生物实验教学平台服务于学生的作用奠定了基础。
Bdellovibrio (B.)bacteriovorus could be isolated and identified on the basis of currently existing teaching conditions in colleges and universities. The results show that B. bacteriovorus was purified, and the related clear plaque was displayed on double-plate. Under the silver staining method and ordinary optical microscope, the microstructure of B. bacteriovorus and the adsorption with Escherichia coli were observed. The experiment provides the foundation for expanding comprehensive experiments related with B. bacteriovorus and developing microbiology experimental teaching platform in general colleges and universities.
