摘要
以石河子大学为例,首先分析了人资源管理专业人才培养的现状及实践教学中存在的问题,其次分析了学科竞赛在人力资源管理专业实践教学中的作用,并以职业生涯规划大赛和模拟招聘大赛为例,对学科竞赛进行了设计,最后提出学科竞赛在人力资源管理专业教学改革中顺利开展的保障措施。
Taking Shihezi University as an example, the paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems in the teaching practice of he Human Resources Management, then it analyzed the function of the academic contest in the practical teaching of the Human Resources Management. Then the paper designed the academic contests, for example the occupation career planning competition and the simulation recruitment contest. Finally the paper put forward the safeguard measures of academic contest in the Human Resources Management, s Practice Teaching.
