摘要
2010年上半年中专专业目录已增加"客户信息服务"专业,相应地,高职院校开设"呼叫中心服务与管理"专业。那么高职高专院校的学生在呼叫行业需要什么样的能力?拟就需要对学生培养的能力体系进行分析研究。
In the first half of the year 2010 , some higher vocational schools established the call center service and management specialty and started to recruit students . The specialty code approved by ministry of education is No. 590319. It is imperative for the higher vocational colleges to establish a ability system that the students need to master becomes a major problem This paper analyses the ability system required for call center majors
