摘要
文章针对离散制造业企业中,管理层与车间现场过程控制层间信息和管理的断层而引起的生产管理问题,在离散制造企业内部引入射频识别电子标签跟踪在制品。在分析以工序为中心的装配过程信息流的基础上,提出了工位和区域控制器通过系统集成接口协调配合完成装配过程数据的实时采集,并结合多智能元技术实现了装配过程监控体系的逻辑集成以及装配过程的可视化和数字化管理,详细介绍了具有良好开放性和可扩展性的监控体系结构和其主要功能模块间的信息交互。该监控体系在汽车发动机装配线现场应用结果表明,生产效率和质量得到明显改善。
Aiming at the production (nanagement issues which are caused by the information and man- agement gaps between the management layer of the discrete manufacturing enterprise and the process control layer of the workshop spot, the radio frequency identification(RFID) tag is introduced to the discrete manufacturing enterprises to track the work-in-process. Based on the analysis of the process- centered information flow in the assembly process, the station corporation with the area controllers by the system integration interfaces is proposed to fulfill the real-time acquisition of assembly process da- ta. And the multiple intelligence element technology is used to achieve the logic integration of assem- bly process monitoring system as well as the visual and digital management of assembly process. Then the information interaction between monitoring system structure with good openness and expansibility and main function modules is introduced in detail. The results of applying this monitoring system in automotive engine assembly line show that both the production efficiency and quality are significantly improved.
