摘要
高校人事管理工作复杂且繁琐,在信息化高速发展的今天,人事信息化水平影响着高校人力资源管理的效率和质量。高校人事信息化水平的提高是教育服务质量的有力保证,是人事管理工作持续发展的重要举措之一。针对高校人事管理信息庞大、繁琐的特点,提出一种高校人力资源综合管理信息平台解决方案,实现高校人事信息标准规范和统一、数据共享与管理,在实现人事管理工作好、快的发展的同时不断提高人力资源管理决策水平。
