摘要
水平分型结构的制芯机在使用过程中,容易出现合模动作不稳、同步保压移动时型面开缝等现象,影响砂芯质量,容易产生废芯。上模驱动机构和合模小车经过改进后,提高了设备的可靠性和降低了产品的废芯率。
Improvement on the driving mechanism of the upper die and die closing vehicle of a horizontal parting coremaker has enhanced device reliability and reduced reject core ratio, which has eliminated previous failures such as unstable die closing action, crack produing on surface of the mold when synchro moving with pressure holding.
