Design of 9kW Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor Using Combination of Magnetic Circuit and Electromagnetic Field Solution

摘要 采用场路结合法设计9kW永磁无刷直流电动机,用磁路法确定电机的主要电磁参数、定子槽数和槽形、转子的磁路结构,运用电磁场分析软件MagNet分析计算空载磁场和机械特性,样机的空载转速、电流与仿真分析结果相一致,验证了采用场路结合法设计电机的有效性。 The design of 9kW permanent magnet brushless DC motor using the combination of magnetic circuit and electromagnetic field solution was presented in the paper. Main electromagnetic parameters, the number and shape of stator slot, the structure of stator and rotor were determined by using the equivalent magnetic cir- cuit while no-load electromagnetic field and speed-torque characteristic were analyzed by means of electromag- netic field analysis software MagNet. The test values of no-load speed and current of the prototype motor match well with the results of simulation analysis. The validity of this method was shown in the motor design.
