摘要
胶原蛋白是动物体中含量最丰富的蛋白质,可广泛用于制备人工皮肤。但其自身的力学性能不高,必须改性。而硅橡胶具有良好的生物医学性能和较强的力学性能,在与胶原蛋白复合后,能够很好地改善胶原蛋白作为人工皮肤功能上的不足,拥有非常广阔的应用前景。
Collagen, as the most abundant protein in animal body, can be widely used in the production of artificial skin. However, the mechanical properties of collagen are required to be improved through physical and chemical modification. Silicone rubber has favorable biomedical performance and applicable mechanical property. Collagen-silicone rubber composite, which shows the beneficial performances of both collagen and silicone rubber, has very broad application prospects in artificial skin.
