摘要
服务师生是高校图书馆核心价值的体现,"以读者为中心"的服务理念和主动服务意识是近几年来对图书馆服务工作提出的新要求。高校图书馆的规章制度对各项工作的开展起到导向和制约作用,因此建设"以读者为中心"的高校图书馆规章制度体系,可以规范和调控高校图书馆信息运行状态,确保图书馆各项工作达到"以读者为中心"的目标。文章就建立"以读者为中心"的高校图书馆规章制度体系的意义、内容、制定方法和实施执行等方面进行了深入探讨。
Servicing teachers and students is the core value of university libraries. "Reader-centered" service concept and active service sense are new demands on library work in recent years. Rules and regulations of the university library played a guiding and regulatory role in various library works. Therefore, build a "reader-centered" rules and regula- tions system of the university library can regulate and control the running of university library information resources and ensure library work to achieve "reader-centered" objective. In this paper, the meaning, content, method and im- plementation of the "reader-centered" regulatory system of the university library are deeply discussed.
