摘要
通过查阅文献、资料,结合实际工作情况,阐述我国生物安全实验室建设和管理现状。我国生物安全三级实验室建设从20世纪80年代起步,至今已经有一定规模,并逐渐走向规范、成熟。我国生物安全实验室的管理具有法制化、规范化、科学化特点,其运行实施许可制度,有效保证了生物安全实验室使用的安全。形成了生物安全实验室法规化管理体系,所建设并投入使用的生物安全实验室正在国家卫生健康事业以及国民经济中发挥越来越重要的作用。
The establishment and administration status of biosafety laboratory in China was elucidated based on the literature,data from government websites,and personal experience in biosafety.Biosafety level 3 laboratories were built in China initially from 1980s.Up to the present,there are a number of biosafety laboratories（BSL-2 and BSL-3） in China.The establishment and administration of biosafety laboratory in China shall comply with the national laws and regulations,and their activities shall be permitted by the official department.Biosafety laboratories in China are playing a more and more important role in national health and economy.
