摘要
应用均匀设计法安排木质复合包装材料试验,以木质剩余物碎屑、毛竹片和酚醛树脂为原料,采用热压方式制得木质复合包装材料试件,参照人造板及饰面人造板性能测试国家标准,研究施胶量、热压时间、设计密度等工艺参数对木质复合包装材料性能的影响。利用DPS数据处理系统进行偏最小二乘回归分析,分析不同工艺参数对性能的影响并建立数学模型,对试验方案进行优化,确定最佳工艺条件并予以验证。结果表明:均匀设计每个试验点代表性强,试验次数大量减少,可缩短获得最佳试验效果的过程;用DPS数据处理系统对试验数据的分析以及回归方程的建立是可信的,拟合的回归数学模型对预测木质复合包装材料的主要物理力学性能具有显著性;当施胶量10.5%,热压时间0.55 min/mm,设计密度1.05 g/cm3时,木质复合包装材料整体目标函数达到96.062 4。
The wood composite packaging material test was conducted based on uniform design.Taking the wood residues,bamboo tablets and phenolic resin(PF)as raw material,the influence of PF amount,hot-pressing cycle time and design density on the performance of wood composite packaging material was studied with hot press method.Partial least squares regression analysis was conducted using DPS data processing system,from which the influence was analysed and the mathematical model was established.Then the test program was optimized,and the optimum conditions was first determined and then verified.Results show that the overall objective function can reach 96.062 4 when the amount of PF is 10.5%,with a hot press time of 0.55 min/mm and a design density of 1.05 g/cm3.
