摘要
目的探讨经皮置入锁定加压钢板在股骨骨折中的临床应用效果。方法将2006年4月至2010年10月114例股骨骨折患者分成2组,对照组57例予以动力髋螺钉固定治疗,观察组57例采用经皮置入锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,观察并随访两组患者的相关临床数据。结果两组患者在疼痛评分、运动幅度评分及步行评分方面均没有统计学差异,但总分有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者3个月及6个月后的总有效率有统计学差异(P<0.05);6个月后,观察组的并发症发生率为7.01%,与对照组的并发症发生率(31.58%)相比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论经皮置入锁定加压钢板治疗股骨骨折能够很好地闭合复位和功能重建,同时具有较低的并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthesis for the femur fracture. Methods Totally 114 patients with femur fracture were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients in control group were treated with dynamic hip screws while those in study group were received percutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthesis. The clinical data of the two groups were compared after the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in scores of pain, motion range, and walking between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). However, there were significant differences in the total effective between the two groups after three months and six months( P 〈 0.05). The complication rate in study group(7.01% ) was lower than that in control group (31.58% ) after six months, and it was of statistical differences. Conclusion The therapy of percutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthesis is conducive to the bone healing and functional reconstruction of the femur fracture, and it is with comparatively lower complication rate.
