摘要
介绍了高压直流输电换流站无功控制(RPC)的原理,并针对弱交流系统条件下换流站安装的静止无功补偿器(SVC)控制策略进行了研究,提出了直流控制系统和SVC控制系统协调的控制策略。直流系统运行时,SVC采用开环+闭环的无功控制策略,并引入辅助电压控制。同时,采用暂态控制策略抑制换流站内交流滤波器组投切引起的暂态电压波动。直流系统未运行时,SVC采用电压控制,提高弱交流系统的电压稳定性。最后进行的实时数字仿真(RTDS)试验验证了控制策略的正确性。
This paper introduces the strategy of reactive power control (RPC) in high voltage DC (HVDC) converter station.And then, the strategy of static var compensator(SVC) for HVDC with a weak AC system is studied.Especially, the strategy based on coordinated control between SVC control system and HVDC control system is presented.When the DC transmission is running, the RPC mode is used in SVC control system with the combination of open-loop control strategy and closed-loop control strategy.Meanwhile,an auxiliary voltage control method is added to the RPC mode. In order to suppress the fluctuation of transient voltage causing by the AC filter switching, an optimized strategy is utilized.When the DC transmission is not running,the voltage control mode is used in SVC control system to improve voltage stability of the weak AC system.The experiment of RDTS verifies the correctness of the control strategy.
