摘要
Z源全桥DC/DC变换器调制信号中的直通零状态导致变压器初级电流不能充分谐振,逆变MOSFET开关损耗和整流二极管导通损耗使得电路工作效率很低。将直通零状态设置在滞后桥臂调制信号的移相角中,保证逆变MOSFET零电压关断,并利用同步整流技术减小整流二极管导通损耗。通过实验对比二极管整流与同步整流时的变换器效率,验证了原理的可行性。
The switching losses and the rectifier diode conduction losses result in low efficiency of Z-source full-bridge DC/DC converter.The short signal is put into the phase shift signal of lagging arm to make sure zero turning-off of the inventing MOSFET.The synchronous rectification is used to reduce the conduction loss of the diodes.The correctness of the principle is verified by comparing efficiency of converter with synchronous rectifier and diode rectifier in the experiment.
