穿越河流输油管道风险评估的模糊综合评判法 被引量:3

摘要 输油管道特殊管段的风险安全直接影响着整条输油管道的正常运行。开展输油管道穿越河流管段风险评价研究,提高考虑风险因素的全面性、客观性,对事故前预防具有重要意义。选用的模糊综合评判模型相对于肯特评分法而言,更大程度地消除了相关人员主观因素对客观结果的影响,提高了穿越管道风险评价的准确度,具有实际参考价值。阐述了穿越管道失效风险因素和后果因素体系,应用模糊综合评判法对曹妃甸—天津输油管道穿越河流管段进行了完整的风险评价,给出了计算实例。结果表明,该管段比较安全。 The safety of the special pipeline segment played a decisive role in the safe operation of the whole pipeline.It was of great significance to carry out the risk assessment of the pipeline river-crossing for the accident prevention.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was better than the Kent point method,for the purpose of eliminating the subjective factor of the relevant personnel on the objective results and improving the accuracy of risk assessment.The failure risk factor system and consequences factor system were described.The application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the risk assessment of the pipeline river-crossing in Caofeidian-Tianjin pipeline was analyzed and calculation example was also given out.The results showed that the pipeline was safe.
