高温水蒸汽处理对HZSM-5分子筛催化甲醇制丙烯的影响 被引量:8

摘要 考察不同硅铝比的HZSM-5分子筛催化剂和经过高温水蒸汽处理后的HZSM-5分子筛催化剂在甲醇制丙烯反应中的催化性能,考察温度和空速对催化反应的影响。结果表明,随着HZSM-5分子筛硅铝比的增加,产物中丙烯选择性增大,可能是分子筛的酸性降低所致;经过高温水蒸汽处理后的HZSM-5分子筛表面酸性降低,提高了催化剂的催化性能。在反应温度450℃和空速1.0 h-1条件下,600℃高温水蒸汽处理后的催化剂HT-600的丙烯选择性从改性前的26.8%提高到33.5%。 The catalytic performance of zeolite catalysts with different molar ratio of Si to A1 and HZSM-5 zeolite after hydrothermal treatment for methonal to propylene (MTP) and the effect of temperature and space velocity on MTP were investigated. The results showed that the selectivity to propylene increased with the increase of SiO2/Al2 O3 molar ratio of HZSM-5 zeolites due to the decrease of the catalyst acidity. The surface acidity of HZSM-5 catalysts after appropriate hydrothermal treatment reduced and the catalytic performance of the catalysts were improved significantly. The selectivity to propylene of HT-600 catalyst were increased from 26.8% to 33.5% over HZSM-5 zeolite prior to and after hydrothermal treatment at 600 ℃ and under the condition of reaction temperature 450℃ and space velocity 1.0 h-1
